With the HTC Trophy, HTC has the very unenviable task of introducing the world to Windows Phone 7 while staying true to Microsoft's very rigid mobile vision. In a WP7 world filled with black slate phones, we've already seen HTC try to mix things up with the huge-screened HTC HD7 and the speaker-iffic HTC Surround. Without any of those bells and whistles, does the HTC Trophy measure up? Let's find out.
Windows Phone 7 has been out for almost a month now, and you're probably wondering if you should plunk down your hard earned cash to pick up a new phone. Well, that's where we come in. We've had a few days to play with the HTC Trophy, and here are our initial impressions on Windows Phone 7.
We asked you on Facebook and Twitter what you wanted to see when we unboxed the HTC 7 Trophy, and Twitter user derliebewolf responded tounge-in-cheekly with: "the MicroSD slot." Well, ask and you shall receive (sorta), derliebewolf.
The HTC Trophy just arrived in our offices and believe us when we say that it's packing a serious amount of sexy. This being one of HTC's first Windows Phone 7 devices, it certainly makes a fantastic first impression. But enough of our idle chatter, you're here for the unboxing pics, which can be had after the break.
