The HTC “Rome” will not be Android or Windows Mobile

HTC's new phone is finally out. Being spotted on the web this new Touch.b, also called the ROME, is not Android or Windows Mobile but instead will use Qualcomm's new Brew Mp operation system—allowing user to easily create applicaitons. Interestingly, this new phone has no current support for Wi-Fi and no video recording abilities. It only has a 2MP camera, Flash support, and a 3G data connection. Not too bad of a phone. It is believed that this phone will come with a low price tag (it should), allowing it to be purchased by almost anyone. Making the Touch.b a real buy compared to high costing smartphones, whose lowest cost are to expensive for some economies. It is debatable when Touch.b will be released but some say early 2010.
