T-Mobile myTouch 4G getting Gingerbread this summer Htcpedia news:
Good news for myTouch 4G owners; you guys are getting an update to Android 2.3 this summer. The image below is from a TmoNews reader who managed to get an HTC tech support rep to admit that an update is coming in the same Q2 period as the Incredible, Incredible 2, Thunderbolt, EVO 4G and virtually every other HTC device. Furthermore, TmoNews also got work that T-Mobile retail employees will be getting Gingerbread test builds in the next few weeks, which could mean that we might be seeing the update in early June rather than late June.
