Htcpedia news:
It looks like the HTC Touch Diamond 2 has been approved for introduction to the market by the FCC, all but guaranteeing that AT&T will offer the device for its customers.
The handset isn’t mentioned by name in the document, however; it indicates a handset with 850 and 1900MHz 3G network compatibility. Engadget reports that AT&T was shooting for an August release for the Touch Diamond 2, however; we are most likely going to see the device released sometime in September.
The HTC Touch Diamond 2 features a 3.2-inch, 800x480 pixel WVGA touchscreen, HTC’s unique TouchFLO 3D user interface, and will run on Windows Mobile 6.1, though it is near certain that it will be compatible with an upgrade to WinMo 6.5.
