Want T-Mobile? You Will Have To Pay For It - Up Front Htcpedia news:When you go in to a T-Mobile and sign up for a new contract, normally you would use the service for a month before having a bill to pay for, but times are changing at T-Mobile. Starting May 20th billing methods will change at T-Mobile and it may turn some away. T-Mobile is implementing a up front billing strategy that has customers paying for their reoccurring fees up front. They will not be charging you more. Your first bill will be higher than normal but then it will level out because you will have caught up on your reoccurring charges. This is a well known practice used around the world by countless cellular providers and T-Mobile is just joining the pack. This new billing method will be for new customers that sign up after May 20th. I would think that T-Mobile will get the current customers on board when they have to sign for a new two year upgrade agreement. So, if you are looking to get the new HTC One S, do not be surprised at the first months bill that will be higher with T-Mobile cellular service.
