Want Ice Cream Sandwich? Say Goodbye To Free Tethering On Your HTC Sensation 4G

I never thought that I would have a reason for some people to not get the Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade for their Android smartphone but I now do for HTC Sensation 4G users.

If you currently own a HTC Sensation 4G and use T-Mobile cellular service then you may be one of the people who enjoy the free internet tethering by using your HTC Sensation as a wireless hotspot. PC Magazine has reported that they have received information regarding T-Mobile's new wireless hotspot plan that will cost you $14.99 per month to use what you used to have for free.

The new plan will be needed after you upgrade your HTC Sensation 4G with the new Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. I guess that you can just skip the upgrade, keep Gingerbread and continue to enjoy the wireless hotspot abilities that you currently have.

Almost a regular Sophie's Choice.
