Verizon Won't Be Getting the HTC One

Well, so much for that.
According to a tweet from the official HTC twitter account, Verizon will in fact not be getting the upcoming HTC One. Unless there is some backdoor business going on, this may prove to be a blow to both sides. Verizon was originally slated as launching the One later, but it now looks as if that just isn't in the cards.
In a cheeky and unappreciated move, the tweet also asks: "...but have you seen the awesome Droid DNA?" Not cute, HTC. Not cute. The dream is over, chaps. At least for now. For what its worth, the original tweet seems to have been deleted.

I own the DNA and I like the phone a lot. I am a bit pissed that the DNA was brought out so soon before the ONE. Why would a business do that? It only serves to piss off the people you are trying to win over as customers. I have also noticed Verizon isn't advertising the DNA. If you go to the Verizon website, they show 4 different phones, none of which is the DNA. Kinda makes you wonder, doesn't it?
