HTC Knows You Hate the Thunderbolt

Well, you certainly don't see something like this happen everyday.
Reddit is a place where you can find just about anything, and it attracts a wide demographic. Over on the Android page, an HTC team member commented on the dislike of the HTC Thunderbolt. The result is almost too juicy to condense, but they know that you hate it, and they're sorry. That's right. They're sorry.
Or, at least, this particular HTC employee is sorry. He quickly does go on to state that he's not PR or Marketing.
This type of candid response is very rare, and it may even help to win back some consumers you felt burned by the Thunderbolt. That's what he, Erick_HTC, hopes, anyway. Of course, HTC corporate would never apologize for something like this, so I hope this small gesture will be enough to heal those wounds.
