HTC opened it's first store in Beijing, China yesterday expanding their global reach. While HTC is tapping in to the giant Chinese market by bringing them the countries first Windows smartphone, makers like Nokia, and ZTE are taking a backseat.
The HTC Titan is a 4.7 inch Windows 7.5 Tango smartphone with a Qualcomm 1.5GHz processor. If you are in China and would like to get your hands on a HTC Titan, they are available for pre-order now. Selling for ¥4,399, or $700 without a contract with a cellular provider. It is clearly being considered a higher end Windows smartphone before other companies put out cheaper devices.
Another big step by HTC, showing the smartphone community that they will not settle for anything less than first place.
