Does Google Even Care About Android Users?

I do not know one Android smartphone user that is happy with how long it takes to get the new operating system that is available by Google. Currently it is Ice Cream Sandwich which was introduced to us in 2011 and is still only on about 5% of Android smartphones.
Google has said that they are fine with the slow release of its latest system for your Android Smartphone and do not plan on changing the slow slug moving process. Sounds like Google is a bit high on themselves.
Hey Google!! Do you have any idea how hard it is to defend your smartphone practice to Apple iPhone users and Windows smartphone users. You are making us look bad here.
We know that Google will be introducing Jellybean, the latest Google operating system, by the 3rd quarter and for what? We will not see it till 2013 anyway. What kind of marketing is this. Do you believe that annoying your customers get them to want you more?
Just FYI Google, your customers do not care how different one operating system is to the next one that you have developed and that should not have anything to do with how long it takes you to put out an update. Besides, you know that the cellular provider have to take what you give them and change it even more, then the testing takes weeks.
It is no wonder people get aggravated and then switch away from Android.
