Apple At It Again Saying HTC Is Still Violating Patent Rights

Apple is at it again. Acting childish and not focusing on their own products. How can anyone even be apart of a company that acts as if they are in elementary school. Seriously! It like they are the kid on the playground that keeps yelling "I'm gonna tell on you". Simply pathetic.

Now Apple is back in court, supporting Tim Cooks non-lawsuit policy no doubt, trying to say that the HTC smartphones that have been released by the ITC and the United States Customs Department. Apple is insisting that even though the HTC One X and the HTC EVO 4G LTE have had changes in their operating systems to not infringe on Apple's patent rights, they still have the capability to do so.

That has to be the dumbest thing I have ever heard. So, according to Apple, if you have the ability to change the operating system around that you can still infringe on their patent. Give it a rest already Apple.

We get it already. Apple smartphones have no business being in the same category as Android smartphones like the HTC EVO 4G LTE, HTC One X, and the new Samsung Galaxy S 3 that Apple is trying to block as well. The new iPhone 5 will not be able to touch these Android smartphones either so Apple is trying to block the competition.

Like I said... Pathetic.

I am getting so tired of apple and their nonsense... the sooner they actually work on their products and stop trying to block the competition the sooner they will actually be doing better.
