Drag & Drop in start menu

Some roms have this by default.

Is this build based, or is this a mod that anyone can do.
If yes, please tell how to do it.

Yup thats a build based! I think 23028 or higher builds have that functionality. Try taking our shell32.exe from any of those higher builds, and put in the windows folder. Restart and you should be having drag and drop.

PS: I think it will be a module in SYS files, need to convert to file before you drop it in windows folder using Total Commander. It might not work on some builds, I think its trial and error to find the right file.
