What is Leo & MSVC?

What is Leo & MSVC means?
I saw it in many roms by Dutty.
Sorry for starting new thread.

Leo is the codename for a not confirmed HTC device, google HTC Leo.
MSVC: Microsoft Voice Command, so you can say: what time it is and the phones answers
etc.

Hi all.

I wonder why it is neccesary to have a seperate ROM version for MSVC? Is it because it is tweaked for the use of voice command? Or is it becauce it has voice command preinstalled?

First and foremost it's because MSVC takes a lot of space from your storage, so, if you don't need it/don't intend to use it, it's a much smarter approach not to include it at all.
