Default HELP! Bricked Hero

Okay,

I had just restored a backup of Kagudroid, and then installed the latest RADIO.

It said update complete. I rebooted the phone to find it was bricked. Can't access recovery image or boot it up.

Errrr....

My phone just un-bricked itself. It just turned itself back on after battery swapping randomly, and all is now well.

Wtf?

I would say try to flash the original-rom from HTC.

Maik

Edit... oh you forgot to wait then... every time you flash a radio, the process is finished a while after a reboot. That?s normal.

I didn't know that... How very dumb.

At least it'd not bricked

When you are installing a new radio image, the phone will write the image for install while you are in recovery mode. And upon next reboot it will get installed, and when this is going on you are only seeing the phone out of the box picture. Your device will restart itself after this is done.

Phone out of the box does not mean you have bricked your device.
