HTC Wins German Nokia Lawsuit

After just hearing that HTC lost a legal battle with Nokia in The Netherlands, HTC was able to pull out a win in Germany. Nokia had insisted that HTC had infringed on their patent for internet access, but German courts have ruled in HTC's favor. This is by no means the end of HTC's patent troubles,...

Legal battles over patents and copyright happen very frequently, and no tech company seems to be safe from them. End of the Line for the One X?

It may be unsurprising, but it still stings a bit. A reliable source on Twitter has supposedly revealed that Android 4.2 will be the last available update for the One X. The One X may have debuted last year, but technology moves very quickly. Android 5.0, Key Lime Pie, will be the next update. There...

New M4 Rumors Pin it as Mini One

The M4 rumors keep on evolving. When we last checked in with the M4 it was closer to a First clone without all the Facebook-ness tacked on. Now it looks like the M4 might be closer to the One in design and even feature an Ultrapixel camera. It would make sense for HTC to introduce a cheaper version...

HTC Offering Unlocked HTC One

For people who are looking a little bit of freedom, HTC now has the unlocked version of the 32GB HTC One. The 64GB version is still an AT&T exclusive, unless, of course, you feel like going for the Developer Edition. The One has reportedly been in adequate supply as there is no evidence to suggest...

Now There is the HTC Desire L

HTC have unveiled the Desire L in Taiwan, a low-end device that won't be taking any eyes of the One. Sense 5 Update This Summer?

While it's already been confirmed that other devices will receive some version of Sense 5 with Android 4.2, reliable twitter source @LLabTooFeR claims that late summer will be the earlier we see it. This is a sensible amount of time to wait to role out new software so it doesn't take any spotlight...

HTC One Outperforms Competition

Shockingly -- in a completely non-shocking way -- it looks like the HTC One really is one of the most powerful smartphones currently available. ZDNet ran a number of tests on the HTC One, the LG Nexus 4, and the Xperia Z. The One takes the cake in RAM and CPU tests, but loses when it comes to gaming...
