Just a tip, I think the larger opening around the camera below its lens is intentionally done for another HTC One variant so it works with all the HTC One models that come out.
This isn't the first case to have that larger opening (which at first didn't make any sense until the one from China was announced and has its IR blaster on the back below the camera.
It makes me wonder if another US model is on the way that has this same design, which would mean a microSD port. Could be the Verizon model, a reason why it wasn't available at launch because Verizon would get an exclusive one? Its all speculation but the larger opening is definitely because of the Chinese variants design. Read more

To all who can help: please upload this amazing ROM to any other file sharing server, for instance, mediafire, rapidshare or some other!!! Fileserve.com link is useless now because it is not permitted to explore the public folder where this ROM seems to be stored. What is worse is that I have been searching all the Internet to find alternative links to download this ROM... and to no avail!!! PLEASE HELP!!! Read more
